We’re looking for hardworking, passionate Line Cooks who thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and take pride in serving food made with care and quality. Whether you’re slicing brisket, grilling ribs, or dropping fried pickles, every plate you prepare helps create the 4 Rivers experience our guests know and love.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and plate fresh, delicious meals according to spec
• Master multiple stations — Carving, Grill, Fryer, Sides, and more
• Maintain fast ticket times and consistent food quality
• Communicate clearly with Expo and fellow team members
• Uphold kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• Previous line or kitchen experience preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
