Line Cook

We are seeking passionate and skilled Line Cooks to join our culinary team at Toasted Oak Grill & Market.

In this role, you will craft exquisite dishes with precision and creativity, ensuring every plate meets our high standards of quality and presentation. Your expertise will contribute to creating an unforgettable dining experience for our guests, emphasizing food safety, innovative menu planning, and culinary excellence.

Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with attention to detail, including techniques such as poaching, braising, grilling, and food production.


• Maintain strict adherence to food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.


• Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high-volume production while maintaining quality standards.


• Execute precise food preparation tasks such as knife skills, food portioning, and plating for presentation excellence.


• Support catering events and special functions by preparing large quantities of meals efficiently.


• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with health codes and safety protocols.

Skills

• Proven experience in fine dining restaurant kitchens or similar high-end culinary environments.


• Strong knowledge of food safety management and sanitizing procedures.


• Expertise in various cooking techniques including poaching, braising, grilling, and food service experience.


• Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation and food handling.


• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
