We’re excited to be opening our newest location in Kirkland, Washington, in 2026 and are beginning to build the talented kitchen team that will bring the Bamboo Sushi experience to the Kirkland community.

What You’ll Do

As a Line Cook at Bamboo Sushi, you’ll be immersed in a kitchen where Japanese-inspired techniques meet global flavors. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team, sharpen your knife skills, learn the art of sushi, and help create beautifully crafted dishes that reflect our values and standards.

This is an opportunity to:

• Learn and grow in a scratch kitchen focused on quality and technique
• Work across stations including grill, sauté, fry, and prep
• Contribute to a positive, respectful BOH culture
• Be part of opening a brand-new restaurant in Kirkland

What You Bring

• A genuine love for food and hospitality
• Experience in a full-service kitchen (grill, sauté, fry, prep, or similar)
• Strong understanding of food safety, handling, and storage
• A team-first mindset and positive attitude
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn new techniques and cuisines
• Valid Food Handler’s Card
• Interest in Japanese cuisine and beverage culture

Preferred:

• At least one year of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
