30hop Restaurant & Bar in Lee’s Summit is hiring Line Cooks to join our kitchen team.

Our kitchen team plays an important role in creating a great Guest experience. From preparing ingredients and setting up stations to cooking menu items during busy shifts, our Line Cooks help keep the kitchen running smoothly. We’re looking for dependable team members who stay organized, communicate well, and take pride in preparing consistent, quality food.

30hop is a full-service American restaurant and bar with locations across Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska. We’re known for great food, craft beer, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere. Our teams are at the heart of what we do and help create a great experience for our Guests every day.

Pay

$15 - $22 per hour based on experience.

Schedule & Availability

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Evening shift availability is needed
• Weekend availability is needed

What You’ll Do

• Prepare ingredients, sauces, and recipes for service
• Set up your station with the food, equipment, and supplies needed for the shift
• Cook menu items using grilling, frying, sautéing, broiling, and other preparation methods
• Follow recipes and established preparation standards
• Maintain food quality and consistency throughout service
• Properly label, rotate, store, and handle food
• Keep your station and surrounding kitchen areas clean and organized
• Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift
• Complete assigned cleaning, inventory, and food-storage documentation
• Communicate with kitchen leadership and teammates during busy service periods
• Support prep and line operations wherever needed
• Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Previous prep cook, line cook, or restaurant kitchen experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to stay productive in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable and attentive to detail
• Willingness to learn and contribute wherever needed
• Ability to stand and move throughout the kitchen for extended periods
• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 40 pounds
