We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to be part of our culinary team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy high-quality, beautifully prepared dishes. A strong foundation in butchering meat and fish, as well as expertise in grilling, is required.

As a multi-outlet role, this position supports Mayflower Park Hotel banquets and room service, Andaluca Restaurant, Oliver’s Bar & Lounge, requiring adaptability and efficiency across different culinary operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, detail-oriented and works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Must have butchering skills for meat and fish, as well as grilling expertise.

Be punctual and dependable.

Maintain proper knife skills and precision in food preparation.

Be flexible with scheduling, including weekends and holidays.

Execute all menu items flawlessly, following recipes and specifications.

Work efficiently across different stations (grill, sauté, pantry).

Be physically capable of lifting and carrying 40 pounds and standing for extended periods.

Maintain a guest-first mentality and collaborate well with all team members.
