We are looking for a Line Cook to add to our team! This is a full-time position Tuesday through Saturday.

Poulet Bleu is an American bistro in the heart of Lawrenceville that focues on refined French dishes in an elegant setting.

Requirements:
-Availability Tuesday through Saturday 2PM - close.
-Previous high volume, fine dining experience
-Love of good food and drink
-Team player, proactive, and willing to learn
