Line Cook at The Chatham Inn

Introducing our newest property with Noble House Hotels & Resorts -The Chatham Inn, Cape Cod’s only Relais & Châteaux and Forbes Five-Star hotel. A luxurious boutique hotel with 18- guest rooms that blends the soul of a historic inn with modern decor and amenities, along with our fine dining restaurant, patio and wine bar.

We are looking for a Line Cook. For our AM Shift, this role will be cooking for our Complimentary Breakfast where they will work from 7am to 1pm; For our PM Shift, this role will be cooking at our Fine Dining Restaurant.

A day in the life...

In the Line Cook role, you will create exceptional experiences for each of our guests. And will work with a team that has a commitment to provide the finest in guest service.

For the schedule, we are looking for varying shifts to work either AM for Breakfast or PM for dinner.

You own this if you have…

• For AM, we are looking for previous cooking experience in a Food & Beverage or Restuarant Operation is preferred (with Relais & Chateaux/Forbes 4 or 5 Star preferred)
• For PM, we are looking for previous cooking experience in a Food & Beverage, Fine Dining Restaurant who understand sequence of service is preferred (with Relais & Chateaux/Forbes 4 or 5 Star preferred)
• Knowledge of the Local Area would be great

The payrate will be between $20.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on your cooking experience.
