We are a group of creatives who love food, adult beverages and throwing parties! We are passionate about where food comes from, learning about different cooking techniques and flavor combinations, entertaining and design.  Brew restaurants mission is to create a company that people can have a career in the culinary arts while maintaining a healthy work/life balance. We focus on creating a collaborative environment where ideas are shared and passions can grow. Our career pathways allow many opportunities to grow with the company in all areas of culinary arts and hospitality management and our health and wellness program is a very important to us as we believe it is critical for everyone to be functioning at their best. These team philosophies help us to create the best experiences for our guests!

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Prepare food from scratch following our recipes to produce consistent results


• Know and comply consistently with standard cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen practices


• Cook meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment


• Portion all the products, and always make sure the plate presentation looks great


• Keep it clean! Follow the sanitation standards, make sure your work station stays clean and organized, and follow all of the food handling standards

You need to be:

Someone who loves to cook! You consistently have an eye for the important details. Being able to work in a fast paced environment is vital, and if you have prior experience to prove it, that’s even better. Speaking and understanding English is a must, and so is being comfortable standing for long periods of time.  You’ll need to be able to lift up to 50 pounds, have a great attitude and the flexibility in your schedule to work weekends and some holidays.  Must have full time availability and be flexible with change.
