• Prepare and cook menu items according to Iron Skillet recipes and quality standards. 
• Set up and stock kitchen stations before, during, and after each shift. 
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times. 
• Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other commercial kitchen equipment safely. 
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service. 
• Work efficiently during busy breakfast, lunch, and dinner rushes. 
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members. 
• Assist with food preparation, inventory, and kitchen closing duties. 
• Help create a welcoming dining experience by preparing every meal with care and consistency.

• Previous line cook, prep cook, grill cook, or restaurant kitchen experience is preferred but not required. 
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment. 
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude. 
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation. 
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds. 
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed. 
• Passion for great food and exceptional customer service.
