Line Cook / Pizza Cook 16+/HR

Il Forno Pizza is looking for qualified applicants to join our back of house crew. Experience working in a scratch pizza kitchen is preferred, but we're willing to train those who demonstrate the ability to listen and learn.

Il Forno is an award winning wood-fired pizza restaurant with a focus on local produce and seasonal menu offerings. For 8 years we've grown along side our local community and have made a name for ourselves on a national scale. However, with that growth, we're gonna need some extra hands to join in on our team. Qualified applicants should posses basic knife skills, be able to follow given directions as assigned, demonstrate a sense of urgency, and have a minimum of one year experience in a professional kitchen. Additionally, ability to stretch and ball pizza dough is a plus.

Hours per week:

35-40 Full Time

20-30 Part Time

Job Duties:

• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

Pay Frequency: Bi weekly
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $16+ per hour
