Line Cook - The Iberian Pig - Nashville

Our restaurant group, Castellucci Hospitality Group, is a family owned and operated collection of restaurants with six locations in Atlanta and we are very excited to grow this year into Nashville! Our modern Spanish tapas restaurant, The Iberian Pig, is in The Gulch area of Nashville. The menu is inspired by the ingredients of the Iberian Peninsula featuring creative tapas and cured meats and cheeses including the famed Jamón Ibérico. Our signature cocktail is a bacon infused whiskey old fashioned, but guests can enjoy red and white sangria and a robust selection of regional wines and our featured sherry offerings.

We are currently hiring a Line Cook who is expected to display passion and hospitality daily and pursue the perfect dining experience for all of our guests. Line Cooks are actively responsible for ensuring the timely service of food to our guests by ensuring proper planning of each shift, high levels of communication, proper execution of systems, cleanliness and organization and having a strong presence in the kitchen at all times.

Physical Demands:

• Required to bend, stretch, twist, climb and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces

• Required to stand and walk for extensive periods of time without breaks during busy times

• Required to be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds without assistance

• Required to be able to handle hot and cold work conditions during food preparation and service
