Young Joni is the critically-acclaimed restaurant from the people that brought you Pizzeria Lola and Hello Pizza. We are looking for a talented line cook to join our amazing team. Young Joni has a large, vibrant, full-service dining room and bar as well as a cozy space featuring custom cocktails and craveable bites. The menu focuses on artisan pizzas and other shareable plates that are all cooked by wood-fired ovens and a wood-burning grill.  

What we are looking for:

• Experience in a high volume, scratch kitchen for 2 or more years
• Excellent knife skills
• Experience cooking on a wood-fired grill station or wood-fired pizza oven is preferred
• An energetic team player
• Ability to remain calm under pressure & maintain consistency and superior quality in a high-volume environment
• People that are collaborative, patient, flexible, and open to new possibilities
• Night and weekend availability
