22TEN Kitchen Cocktails' vision is to create an awe-inspiring gathering spot for the Sioux Falls community. Our menu reflects "American Eclectic" cuisine, with a focus on innovative, artisan plates, along with local favorites and everyday classics.

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will work well in a fast-paced restaurant to prep and portion ingredients, cook dishes to order , keep the cook's line clean, sanitary, safe, and ready for the next guest and the next shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist with food preparation and assembly as needed
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role
Strong understanding of culinary techniques and practices
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
