1. Must have 2-3+ years of line cook experience in a fine dining setting.
2. 1 + years of experience in pastry production
3. Able to communicate verbally in an articulate manner.
4. Ability to work various days and hours as business dictates.
5. Must be at least 18 years of age (or have a valid work permit)
6. Must have reliable transportation to work.
7. Must be able to obtain proper uniform, including black non-slip shoes
8. Must have proof to legally work in the United States
