We are seeking a full-time Line Cook with Grill and Sauté experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and a passion for creating high-quality dishes. This individual will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, ensuring food safety standards are met, and delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes
• Operate and maintain fry equipment, ensuring proper cooking temperatures and techniques are used
• Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist with inventory management and food preparation tasks as needed
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and consistent food production
• Continuously improve and expand upon grilling skills and techniques
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to address any issues or concerns

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience cooking on a hot line in a full service restaurant is preferred
• Flexible availability
• Strong knowledge of grilling and sauté techniques, equipment, and safety procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and presentation
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
