Job Description - Line Cooks/ Cocineros De Linea

We are taking applications for Line Cooks, must have a minimum of Two (2) years of experience in a full kitchen
Stove Top, Flat Grill, Friers, Salamander, Open Fire Grill, Smoker
Menu, American style, Burgers, Chicken, Tri Tip, Pulled Pork, Fish (salmon), Fried appetizers, Many Sandwiches.

Need to be certified thru Riverside County Food and Health.
