Line Haul Driver - Night Shift

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced tractor-trailer drivers for our line haul operations based in Salina, KS. This position offers consistent home time with a rotating schedule between 2-3 layovers per week, operating drop and hook routes between Kansas and Iowa.

• Base Location: Salina, Kansas
• Hiring Radius: 65-mile radius of Salina, KS
• Operating Lanes: Kansas and Iowa
• Route Distance: 1,556 - 1,740 miles per week

Schedule Options

NIGHT SHIFT DRIVER (Primary Opening):

• Monday through Friday
• Departure times: 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM
• Rotating schedule: One week with 3 layovers, next week with 2 layovers
• Home at the end of each shift

Compensation Package

Base Pay:

• Guaranteed minimum weekly pay: $1,450 (must work full 5-day week)
• Average annual earnings: $83,018
• Sign-On Bonus:  $5,000

Additional Pay:

• Stop Pay: $28 per stop

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 12 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
• Endorsements: Valid Hazmat endorsement required
• Restrictions: No pets or passengers allowed
