Line Lead Assembly & Installation

• Lead and coordinate a small team of installers or technicians to execute day-to-day activities on the assembly line
• Follow installation procedures for tools, fixtures, and pneumatic systems under the guidance of the Site Manager
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project timelines
• Perform and document daily safety and quality checks
• Provide hands-on support during installations, adjustments, and troubleshooting
• Communicate task assignments, updates, and concerns with the Site Manager
• Assist with inventory tracking and ensure required materials are available on-site
• Support shipment receipt, tracking, and proper handling of components
• Promote and uphold Safety Standards
• Foster a positive and proactive work environment within the line team

Qualifications:

• Technical diploma or associate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Technology (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a mechanical or automation installation environment
• At least 1 year of experience in a team or line leadership role
• Must be open to travel
• Familiarity with automotive customer standards (BMW, MB, VW, Tesla) is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead by example
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and ability to enforce them on-site
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification is an asset
