General Responsibilities
Ensure that all processes related to handling finished products produced at Novus Arkansas LLC, Manufacturing plant, are inspected accordingly and within the parameters to the inspection records at the time of Goods Receipt.
Process all fresh production via SAP RF Devices and ensure that all pallets are confirmed to the bin. Ensure that all processes are followed according to all policies and procedures.
Replenish raw materials, packaging supplies, and pallets for both plants to ensure continuous operation. Perform SAP Transaction via RF device to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained and accuracy.
Ensure the cleanliness of both packaging lines and the warehouse daily to ensure safety and maintain a dust-free environment.
Process damaged goods and place them in process towers for blending into fresh production. Assist with reworking non-conformance items for the site.
Any other duties as assigned by the Department.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, twist, reach with arms or hands, climb multiple flights of stairs, crawl, crouch, kneel, write & type.
Ability to lift and/or move items up to 55lbs frequently.
Ability to drive, climb on and off a forklift as required.
Ability to see, speak, hear, and smell. Must have depth perception, color vision, and peripheral vision.
Able to comply with safety rules and regulations.
General Guidance for Key Knowledge/Skills/ Experience
3-5 years of warehouse experience, including forklift operations.
Ability to multitask in various departments and operations, and prioritize tasks.
Experience in a high-traffic warehouse preferred.
High School Diploma/GED/College.
Other Essential Requirements:
Fluent in English.
Work Environment: This role operates in a manufacturing facility, including indoor/outdoor work environments year-round. This role must be able to use personal protective equipment as required by OSHA standards. The role may work with or around machinery, powered industrial vehicles, electricity, compressed gas cylinders, high pressures,hot & cold temperatures working conditions, heights, moving mechanical parts, confined spaces,some wet/slippery surfaces, vibrations, and elevated noise levels. This role is frequently required to interact with other employees as well as external clients and consultants, as well as work alone. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers. Must be able to interface with digital control systems
