Job Description - Line Technician

Description

As a Line Technician, you will play a key role in upholding the high standard of quality and customer service.

The schedule for this role is Tues-Sat. Tuesday-Friday 6:00 am - 2:00 pm and Sat 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. Overtime may be required as needed. This job is primarily outdoors.

This hands-on position is responsible for greeting pilots, passengers, and crew members, fueling aircraft, and providing excellent service to our customers.

Responsibilities of this position include:

Make customers feel appreciated by giving exemplary customer service
Park, tie down, and tow aircraft for any servicing, repairs, storage, or parking
Drive fuel trucks as needed and fuel aircraft
Maintain good ramp, grounds, and fuel storage conditions
General building and hangar maintenance
Maintain fuel and oil orders for all customers
View and read fuel meters
Ensure accuracy on line room board
Assist with monthly and annual inventory
Other duties as assigned

Salary & Benefits

Wage Scale:

The wage scale for this position ranges from $17.00 to $19.00, based on experience, qualifications and performance. Specific compensation for this role will be determined by several factors including but not limited to; minimum and preferred qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, education, experience and location.
