Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to our standardized recipes and guidelines.

Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet customer expectations.

Adhere to proper food handling and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Assist in food inventory management and stock rotation.

Maintain knowledge of current menu items, specials, and promotions.

Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Knowledge of various cooking techniques and food safety practices.

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and effectively communicate with team members.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.

Attention to detail to ensure food quality and presentation standards are consistently met.

Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Must have a valid food handler's permit or be willing to obtain one.
