We are seeking a talented and driven Link Building Manager to take ownership of our link acquisition efforts and help strengthen our clients’ online authority. In this role, you’ll design and execute link building strategies that improve search engine performance, increase visibility, and support the overall goals of our digital marketing campaigns.
You’ll work closely with our SEO and content marketing teams to align efforts, while also leading outreach initiatives such as guest posting, link insertions, digital PR, broken link building, and other creative tactics. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on experimentation, innovation, and building sustainable systems that deliver measurable results.
What You’ll Do
Develop and launch link building campaigns that enhance clients’ organic rankings and drive long-term SEO success.
Partner with strategists and account managers to tailor link building strategies to each client’s unique goals.
Build relationships with publishers, bloggers, and industry sites to secure authoritative backlinks through outreach and content collaboration.
Oversee and guide a growing team of link builders, ensuring high-quality execution of research, outreach, and reporting.
Leverage tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz to analyze backlink profiles, identify opportunities, and monitor progress.
Regularly test, refine, and introduce new link acquisition tactics to stay ahead of industry trends.
Maintain clean, effective backlink profiles for clients by auditing and managing existing links.
Share progress updates, reporting, and key insights with both internal teams and clients.
What We’re Looking For
A genuine enthusiasm for link building, SEO experiments, and digital growth.
1+ year of hands-on SEO or link building experience (agency background a plus).
Strong working knowledge of link analysis tools like Ahrefs, Moz, and SEMrush.
Background in managing outreach campaigns through CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
Proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) for tracking campaigns and analyzing data.
Skilled at juggling multiple projects, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills for successful outreach.
A proactive self-starter who can own a project from idea to completion.
Curiosity and passion for staying current with SEO innovations and best practices.
