Job Purpose

Lead off‑site beverage catering sales from inquiry to post‑event, managing 1,200+ annual leads, booking 300–500 events, nurturing client relationships, and driving strong sales and service outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities (70%)

  • Coordinate all aspects of our off-site beverage catering sales for Liquid Catering. Work with the Client throughout the booking process, managing the account from the first inquiry to the post-event follow-up. We receive about 1,200 inquires a year, and book 300-500 events per year.

  • Communicate with venues and event planners as needed.

  • Maintain contact and company records in the company's CRM system.

  • Complete automated tasks assigned by the CRM system.

  • Responsible for maintaining our corporate book of business by cold calling, nurturing, and engaging corporate leads and converting them into new business.

  • Develop and nurture relationships with venues, event planners, caterers, and other industry professionals.

  • Be an expert with all products and services offered by our company. Responsible for communicating details of these products, services, and applicable policies to our clients.

  • Accountable for meeting monthly and annual sales goals, as well as both financial and customer satisfaction goals.

  • Attend networking events, training, and development sessions as required.

  • Manage all client and vendor issues according to our company standards for conflict resolution.

  • Ensure customer service standards are held to the highest expectations. Appropriately manage conflicts with clients according to company values. Communicate unsatisfactory feedback regarding the performance of staff members to the appropriate staff.

Administrative & Event Execution (30%)

  • Work with the Finance Team to ensure all payments and deposits are made and client billing is accounted for in a timely manner.

  • Ensure all day-of event logistic details are recorded and communicated to our Operations Team. Conduct venue site surveys when needed.

  • Work 2-3 events a month in a supervisory or bartending role.

  • Coordinate all post event follow-up surveys and thank-you notes.

  • Periodically assist the venue sales team with Open Houses and other projects.
