Overview

The Liquid Fuel Operations Support Personnel is responsible for assisting in daily operations of the Liquid Fuel Department as well as delivery and service of our bulk DEF/OIL customers. High value is place on service and retaining the customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver energy products to the customer on a timely basis
• Respond to emergency service calls as needed
• Maintain timely, accurate records on sales and inventories 
• Maintain safety standards at all times
• Maintain daily communications with the department manager
• Look for opportunities to sell additional products and services
• Operate within the standards set by USDOT and FMCSR
• Assist in all aspects of daily operations

Requirements

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

• Knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
• Knowledge of basic commercial truck maintenance
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of individuals
• Ability to follow established processes
• Basic knowledge of computers and basic software
• Ability to manage time effectively

Education

• High school degree or equivalent
• CDL license with the appropriate endorsements (HazMat, Tanker & Air Brakes)

Physical Requirements

• Able to reach, pull and lift 50+ lbs
• Able to handle repetitive lift and pull motion
• Able to read documents with fine print
• Able to use a keyboard
• Able to hear effectively on the phone
