This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for automobiles and customer service excellence. As a representative, you will assist customers with their inquiries regarding automotive products and services, ensuring they receive top-notch support in Lithuanian.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries about automotive products, services, and warranties via phone, email, and chat in Lithuanian.
• Provide accurate information on vehicle specifications, pricing, and available services.
• Assist customers with the booking of service appointments, test drives, and other automotive-related requests.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and effective manner.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference.
• Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure customer needs are met.
• Stay informed about automotive trends and product updates to provide knowledgeable assistance.

• Fluency in Lithuanian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries while maintaining a high level of service.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
