Job Description - Lithuanian Speaking Customer Service for Aviation industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an opportunity for Lithuanian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the aviation industry. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about aviation and dedicated to providing exceptional customer support. You will play a vital role in assisting travelers and aviation partners by addressing inquiries and ensuring a smooth customer experience in Lithuanian.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries related to aviation services, flight information, and ticket bookings via phone, email, and live chat in Lithuanian.
  • Provide assistance with travel itineraries, cancellations, and refunds while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Educate customers on aviation products and service features, enhancing their travel experience.
  • Resolve issues and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to facilitate timely responses to customer queries.
  • Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and trends to provide relevant information to customers.
  • Fluency in Lithuanian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the aviation or travel industry, is preferred.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members across departments.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and CRM applications.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
