Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to banking products, services, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Lithuanian.
• Provide information on banking procedures, loan options, and investment services.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting account issues and resolving complaints effectively.
• Document customer interactions accurately within the banking system.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on banking regulations and product offerings to provide accurate assistance.

• Fluency in Lithuanian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient in using banking software and CRM systems.
