Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to construction services, project details, and pricing via phone, email, and chat in Lithuanian.
• Provide detailed information about product specifications, service timelines, and operational procedures.
• Assist customers with project quotes, service confirmations, and any changes or updates required.
• Resolve any issues or complaints effectively, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and manage inquiries within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate effective project delivery and customer service enhancements.
• Stay informed about industry trends, construction practices, and company offerings to better assist customers.

• Fluency in Lithuanian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the construction or related industry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
• Adept at managing multiple inquiries and maintaining organization in a busy environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic knowledge of construction terms is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
