Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to oil and gas products via phone, email, and chat in Lithuanian.
• Provide information regarding service options, pricing, and industry regulations to clients.
• Assist customers with account management and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Document interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive customer records.
• Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Stay updated on industry developments and changes in policies to provide accurate information.

• Fluency in Lithuanian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the oil & gas or energy sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage sensitive inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
