Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about healthcare services, appointment scheduling, and patient support through phone, email, and chat in Lithuanian.
• Guide patients through healthcare processes, including insurance verification and benefits.
• Resolve issues and concerns promptly and empathetically, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the system for continuity of care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and administrative teams to enhance service delivery.
• Stay updated on healthcare policies, procedures, and service changes to provide accurate information.

• Fluency in Lithuanian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the healthcare sector, is preferable.
• Outstanding communication skills with an empathetic and patient-centered approach.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and care.
