Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding manufacturing products, services, and order statuses via phone, email, and chat in Lithuanian.
• Provide detailed information on product specifications, pricing, and availability.
• Assist customers with order placement, changes, and tracking shipment progress.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address technical questions and enhance service delivery.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product developments to better assist clients.

• Fluency in Lithuanian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the manufacturing sector.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
