Job Description - Lithuanian Speaking Customer Service for Media & Entertainment industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is delighted to announce an opening for Lithuanian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Media & Entertainment industry. This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about media and entertainment and excel in providing customer support. As a representative, you will engage with customers in Lithuanian, addressing their inquiries and ensuring they enjoy a seamless experience with our entertainment services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries regarding media and entertainment products, services, and subscriptions via phone, email, and chat in Lithuanian.
  • Assist customers with account management, content access, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Provide information on new releases, promotions, and service updates.
  • Resolve concerns and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and follow up as needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to enhance customer engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to effectively assist customers.
  • Fluency in Lithuanian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the media or entertainment sector, is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries with care.
  • Proficient in using customer service tools and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
