As a customer service representative, you will assist clients with their inquiries and provide them with crucial information about properties and services in their native language.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to real estate listings, property tours, and services via phone, email, and live chat in Lithuanian.
• Provide detailed information on property features, availability, and pricing.
• Assist clients with appointment scheduling for viewings and follow-ups.
• Resolve customer issues or complaints effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system.
• Work closely with real estate agents and other teams to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Stay informed about market trends and company offerings to offer knowledgeable assistance to customers.

• Fluency in Lithuanian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and general office software.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
