Litigation Associate

Description

DeWitt LLP seeks a full-time skilled Litigation Attorney to join its expanding Green Bay, Wisconsin office. The ideal candidate will have strong advocacy skills, a deep understanding of litigation procedures, and the ability to represent clients in various matters. This role involves managing cases from inception through resolution, including trials, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.  The right person will be creative, curious, and patient.

Requirements

• Prior litigation experience.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice Law in Wisconsin and is in good standing with the bar.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Strong time management skills for undertaking a large volume of work
• Onsite work at DeWitt’s Green Bay, Wisconsin location.
