We’re looking for a Litigation Associate to join our client’s team in South Florida— a top law firm specializing in White Collar Criminal Defense, Government Investigations, and Complex Commercial Litigation. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented litigator to grow in a dynamic, hands-on environment. As part of a team including several former federal prosecutors, you’ll handle complex legal challenges and work on high-profile cases.

What You’ll Be Doing:

 Handling complex commercial disputes and white-collar criminal defense with significant responsibilities.

 Engaging in key litigation activities like trials, depositions, and witness preparation.

 Working on impactful cases, including:

• Healthcare Enforcement Defense (Medicare/Medicaid fraud)

• Government and White-Collar Investigations

• OFAC Sanctions Consulting

• Bet-the-company business disputes

• National and International Commercial Litigation
