HireNow Staffing is recruiting on behalf of a top-tier national law firm seeking a Litigation Associate to join their Tampa, FL office. This opportunity is ideal for a mid-level attorney with 24 years of civil litigation experience, preferably with a background in community association law.

The firm is seeking candidates who can manage litigation matters independently with limited supervision, demonstrate strong legal writing and communication skills, and are motivated to grow within a well-established, nationally recognized legal platform.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Active license to practice law in the state of Florida

• 24 years of experience in civil defense litigation

• Prior experience in community association litigation is preferred

• Strong academic background and stable work history with a national or reputable regional firm

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review contracts, community association documents, and governance materials

• Manage litigation cases, including collections, violations, and related suits for community associations

• Advise Community Association Boards and property managers on legal and corporate issues

• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies

• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and client meetings

• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally

• Communicate legal updates and guidance to clients in a clear, concise manner
