Litigation Associate

Nelson Mullins is adding an Associate to its Litigation group in the Huntington office.  As an AmLaw100 firm, this will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of a thriving practice. 

In the heart of downtown Huntington, our West Virginia office is within walking distance of the scenic Ohio River, Marshall University, and a variety of shopping and dining options. Our West Virginia attorneys have active practices throughout the region, including in Kentucky and Ohio. Having experienced counsel in West Virginia is crucial to better serving our corporate clients.

You possess at least 2 years of meaningful experience in complex civil litigation. With an attention to detail, you're a first-rate communicator whose written and oral advocacy skills are outstanding. You are a member in good standing of the West Virginia Bar.
