Requirements

Our Boston office is looking to add an attorney to our team, and we are accepting applications from attorneys with at least three years of litigation experience.  People with tenacity, critical thinking skills, passion, and a desire to learn thrive at Zelle.  It is desirable but not required that candidates have experience handling insurance coverage disputes arising out of claims under one or more of the following types of insurance policies: first-party property, commercial general liability, D&O, and/or E&O. To be successful in this role, you must have stellar oral and written communication skills.  The position will include the examination of insurance claims, preparation of coverage opinion letters, preparation of pleadings and discovery, and attendance at hearings, depositions, and trial.  Massachusetts bar membership required.
