Location

Minneapolis, MN – Hybrid. Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule while collaborating with our attorneys in a professional, team-oriented office. Specific in-office expectations will be discussed during the interview process.

Note

We are seeking attorneys with 2+ years of general civil litigation experience and an active Minnesota law license in good standing. Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills are essential. Deposition and courtroom experience are welcome but not required.

Job Description

• Handle substantive civil litigation assignments involving complex legal disputes.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other persuasive legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies alongside experienced attorneys.
• Manage discovery tasks, review case evidence, and assist with deposition preparation.
• Communicate with clients and collaborate with colleagues to deliver practical legal solutions.
• Support hearings, court appearances, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation as matters progress.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of general civil litigation experience.
• Active Minnesota Bar license in good standing.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client service skills.
• Deposition and court appearance experience preferred, not required.
