About the Role

HireNow Staffing is seeking a talented Litigation Associate to join a busy, high-performing trial team in New Orleans. This full-time, onsite opportunity is ideal for attorneys who want to sharpen their litigation skills on complex commercial matters and take ownership of their cases early on.

This is not a back-office role. You'll be hands-on from day one interacting with clients, working directly with expert witnesses, and making a strategic impact in cases that matter.

What You'll Be Doing

• Draft and respond to discovery, motions, and other litigation documents

• Collaborate closely with expert witnesses and internal teams on case strategy

• Take and defend depositions

• Support trial preparation, including drafting pre-trial filings and assisting in courtroom presentations

• Engage directly with clients and opposing counsel on substantive matters

What We're Looking For

2 to 5 years of commercial litigation experience (defense-side preferred)
Active Louisiana Bar license required
Excellent legal writing and analytical skills
Experience with motion practice, depositions, and expert development
Strong academic background and stable work history
