The Opportunity:

Our Client seeks an attorney for our growing Litigation Practice. We are looking for a motivated and committed individual with a strong work ethic who will be comfortable assuming responsibility for managing challenging cases.

This is a valuable opportunity to be involved in all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, depositions, motions, and trials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediations.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Ability to effectively manage a caseload and work independently.

Qualifications:

• 2 4 Plus years of Litigation experience
• Ideal candidate would have solid experience in commercial litigation including contract disputes, real estate and commercial foreclosure, employment, and general business litigation
• Experience in written and oral advocacy, brief writing, research, and court appearances
• Experience answering discovery, trial, and mediation preparation
• Analytical ability and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and manage a large volume of concurrent priorities.
• J.D., licensed to practice in Illinois

Benefits Package:

We offer competitive compensation, medical benefits, a 401(k) plan, and a casual and congenial work environment. Salary ranges from $100,000 to $130,000, subject to experience.

Hybrid In office 3 days a week.
