Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at our client's offices in Bozeman Montana. Relocation packages offered if needed.

Note: You must have an active Montana State Bar License and a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience.

Job Description

• Represent clients in civil litigation matters with autonomy and confidence
• Handle all phases of litigation from strategy to resolution
• Maintain and manage a reasonable caseload while delivering high-quality results
• Collaborate with a supportive legal team focused on shared success
• Mentor junior staff and participate in internal training initiatives
• Meet annual billable hour target of 1,400 hours

Qualifications

• Active Montana State Bar License
• At least 5 years of litigation experience
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills
• A team player with strong client service instincts
• Driven, accountable, and focused on growth
