Litigation Attorney

Callahan & Blaine, a California-based litigation firm founded in 1984, seeks an experienced Litigation Attorney to handle complex civil, employment, class action, and personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will manage cases from inception through trial, draft pleadings and motions, conduct discovery, and represent clients in court. Strong writing skills, trial preparation experience, and knowledge of California civil procedure are required.
