Trial Attorney (Warranty Defence)

Mid–Senior Level | California License Required | Remote (CA)

This is not a training role.
This is not a general litigation seat.
This is a trial-first position for attorneys who already know how to stand up, take control of a room, and win.

Youll work on a dedicated litigation team defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in high-volume warranty actions. The work is real. The expectations are high. The standards are unforgiving.

What Clears the Bar

• 5+ years as a litigation attorney

• Substantial trial and arbitration experience — openings, closings, witness exams, motion practice, depositions, mediation

• You write clean, argue clearly, and don't need hand-holding

• Strong academic background

• Organized, disciplined, and reliable under pressure

• Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar

Warranty experience is not required. Trial credibility is.

The Reality

• You will be trusted with meaningful responsibility

• You will be judged on results, not optics

• You will work with attorneys who take preparation seriously and expect the same from you

Compensation

• $170,000 – $200,000 base

• Annual discretionary bonus

• Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, disability, life, 401(k), PTO, etc.)
