Litigation Attorney

We are seeking an ambitious, dedicated, and passionate Litigation Attorney to join a plaintiff-side law practice. The ideal candidate will have 5–6 years of litigation experience and the ability to independently manage cases while collaborating closely with attorneys and partners. This role offers hands-on courtroom exposure and direct client engagement in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a full caseload from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Handle court appearances, hearings, mediations, and depositions.
• Work closely with partners and fellow attorneys on complex legal matters.
• Lead client communications and provide regular, meaningful case updates.
• Develop litigation strategies and advocate effectively on behalf of clients.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• 5–6 years of experience practicing law, preferably in a plaintiff-side litigation environment.
• Strong academic credentials and litigation background.
• Ability to independently manage cases from beginning to end.
• Comfortable handling court appearances and depositions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
