Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Litigation Attorney to join a plaintiff-side law practice in Sugar Land, TX. This full-time role offers a competitive market-based salary range of $110,000–$140,000 per year and is ideal for attorneys with 5–6 years of litigation experience who can manage cases independently while collaborating with partners and colleagues. The position provides hands-on courtroom experience, direct client engagement, and the opportunity to handle complex legal matters in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage a full caseload from inception to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and other legal filings.
• Represent clients at court hearings, mediations, depositions, and trial proceedings in Sugar Land, TX.
• Collaborate with partners and fellow attorneys on complex litigation strategies.
• Lead client communications and provide timely case updates.
• Develop and execute effective litigation strategies to advocate for client interests.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• 5–6 years of litigation experience, preferably in a plaintiff-side practice.
• Strong academic and professional credentials in litigation.
• Ability to independently manage cases from start to finish.
• Comfortable handling courtroom appearances and depositions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
