Litigation Attorney

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Litigation Attorney to join a plaintiff-side law firm in Pasadena, TX. This full-time position is tailored for attorneys with 5–6 years of litigation experience who can independently manage cases while working closely with partners and colleagues. The role provides meaningful courtroom exposure, direct client interaction, and the chance to tackle complex legal matters in a fast-moving, dynamic environment. Pasadena-based litigators will find opportunities to shape strategy, advocate effectively, and grow professionally in a collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a comprehensive caseload from initiation through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery materials, and other essential legal documents.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials throughout Pasadena, TX.
• Partner with colleagues on advanced litigation strategies for challenging cases.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and provide timely case updates.
• Formulate and implement litigation plans that advance client objectives.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• 5–6 years of litigation experience, preferably in a plaintiff-focused practice.
• Strong credentials and a proven record in litigation.
• Capability to independently handle cases from start to finish.
• Comfort with courtroom proceedings, depositions, and client representation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
