WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Litigation Attorney, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage personal injury cases through all stages of litigation
Perform in-depth case analysis to evaluate liability and damages
Draft, review, and file litigation documents, including discovery, motions, and oppositions, including oppositions to motions for summary judgment
Handle negotiations with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
Maintain strong client communication and provide consistent case updates
Serve as first chair in civil jury trials
Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff to develop litigation strategy and drive successful outcomes
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Attorney in good standing and licensed to practice law in CA and/or NV.
7+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience
Strong knowledge of state laws, regulations, and legal procedures related to plaintiff personal injury litigation
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively interpret and apply legal authority
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to successfully manage cases and advocate for clients while achieving positive outcomes
Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff in a team-oriented environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
