Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada | Full-time | Primarily in-office in the Summerlin area with occasional work-from-home flexibility. Candidates must reside in the Las Vegas/Henderson area.

Note: Applicants must have an active Nevada Bar license in good standing and at least 1 year of Nevada personal injury litigation experience handling cases in Nevada State and/or Federal Court.

Job Description

• Independently manage a personal injury litigation caseload from filing through resolution.
• Handle matters in Nevada State Court and Federal Court.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, negotiations, and court appearances.
• Develop litigation strategy and evaluate case value.
• Communicate regularly with clients while providing compassionate guidance throughout the litigation process.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to achieve outstanding client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate case management and meet all litigation deadlines.

Qualifications

• Active Nevada Bar license in good standing.
• 1+ years of Nevada personal injury litigation experience.
• Experience handling cases in Nevada State Court; Federal Court experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to independently manage litigation files with minimal supervision.
• Strong legal writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Compassionate client service approach and positive team attitude.
