Practice Focus & Responsibilities

Attorneys in these roles will handle a wide range of complex business and commercial disputes, including:

• Business and commercial litigation in state and federal courts
• Contract disputes and business torts
• Shareholder, partnership, and fiduciary disputes
• Trade secret and unfair competition matters
• Motion practice, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
• Direct client interaction and case strategy development

• Current State License
• Prior experience in business, civil, or commercial litigation
• Experience managing cases through key litigation phases
• Strong legal writing and motion practice skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
• For Orange County role: fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) required
