Practice Focus & Responsibilities
Attorneys in these roles will handle a wide range of complex business and commercial disputes, including:
Business and commercial litigation in state and federal courts
Contract disputes and business torts
Shareholder, partnership, and fiduciary disputes
Trade secret and unfair competition matters
Motion practice, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
Direct client interaction and case strategy development

Current State License
Prior experience in business, civil, or commercial litigation
Experience managing cases through key litigation phases
Strong legal writing and motion practice skills
Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
For Orange County role: fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) required
